Anantara Kihavah Villas is surrounded by the azure waters of Baa Atoll. The bathroom offers indoor and outdoor showers as well as a bathtub made for two.

Family Beach Pool Villa

This 412 square metre space allows ample room for a family of two adults and up to three children. A master bedroom joins a wardrobe corridor leading to a second, twin bedroom. Both rooms enjoy their own en-suite bathroom. Step directly from both bedrooms onto a generous sundeck to relax by the pool and share meals in your villa’s open sided dining pavilion.

Two Bedroom Beach Pool

Residence An ideal space for families or groups of friends, 758 square metres creates a quiet retreat with a private beach area by the water’s edge. A king bedroom and twin singles are linked by an air-conditioned indoor dining and living pavilion, as well as a 14 x 5.5 metre infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi for cooling down and relaxation.

Two Bedroom Over Water Pool Residence

Each bedroom features its own outdoor lounging area and a huge bathroom, while central dining and living areas overlook your private 14 x 5 metre infinity pool. Take in the wonderful seascape, spot a turtle from your sundeck or glide from pool to ocean down steps leading into the inviting waters. Soak in the sun’s warm rays from loungers or the swinging day bed. The small kitchen allows for private catering by our chefs for gatherings with family and friends. A private butler is available 24-hours a day.

Three Bedroom Beach Pool

Residence An ultimate private haven for families and small groups, this spacious residence comfortably accommodates up to six adults and six children or nine adults. Three bedrooms, each with en-suite outdoor bathrooms, are complemented by a central villa with lounge and dining and butler kitchen areas. Covered verandas and expansive gardens lead directly to the beach and lagoon. A shaded sala, a large pool and Jacuzzi, as well as al-fresco dining pavilion offer spectacular vantage points from which to enjoy quality time together.

Residence Four bedrooms unfold across a landscaped garden and feature inviting outdoor and indoor living spaces. A perfect space for extended family and friends travelling together, these comfortably accommodate up to eight adults and four children or twelve adults. Location & Getting There

From Velana International Airport, 125 kilometres north of the resort, guests will board a seaplane for the 35-minute journey to the resort. Guests benefit from access to a VIP Lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks. Every effort will be made to arrange your resort transfer within two hours of arriving at the lounge. Departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least three hours in advance of the scheduled international flight departure time. Please provide us with your flight arrival and departure details at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely bookings for your combined seaplane transfers from Malé to Anantara Kihavah.
