Gallery Restaurant

The Gallery restaurant is the main restaurant for Bandos and consists of three spacious halls open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It usually showcases elaborate buffet setups during meal times and although it is open to all guests, the Gallery specializes in catering to those who have pre-booked their meals.

Sea Breeze

The recently refurbished Sea Breeze is aptly name as it is situated at the edge of the water where customers can lounge on the large outdoor over-water deck and enjoy the breathtaking view of the lagoon while relaxing in the gentle breeze. The restaurant is open round-the-clock and offers a wide variety of dining options.

Grill Bar

Combining contemporary interiors with a rustic look and feel, The Grill Bar is situated on the north-eastern side of the island. Guests can choose to be seated either indoors or out on an overwater deck, which offers breath-taking views of the Ocean. The Grill Bar offers a variety of seafood and meat, grilled to your liking and served with a homemade sauce of your choice. The house reef here at Bandos, considered one of the best in North Malé Atoll, guarantees a glimpse of one of the true marvels of the Maldives.
Our professional staff can ensure that you experience the lush underwater gardens, colourful fish, and magnificent seascapes in total safety and comfort. We also tend to our underwater environments with the recent introduction of our Coral Gardening Project. Guests can take part in as well.

Dive Bandos is a spacious facility complete with air-conditioned audio visual classrooms, library, hot water showers, and spacious storage rooms. The equipment we employ includes internationally reputed brands such as Mares, Scubapro, Aqua Lung, Dive Rite and Suunto, to name but a few. We also have an in-house service

Bandos is conveniently located in the southern part of North Malé Atoll. This makes a number of impressive dive sites accessible and within reach. We can offer you a variety of over 40 different dive sites including some well-known highlights such as the Banana Reef, Barracuda Giri, Victory Wreck, Paradise Rock, Rainbow Giri, Lion’s Head, Old Shark Point, and of course seasonal Manta Points like Lankan Reef and Furana.

Our dive centre is a member of the internationally acclaimed PADI International Resort Association, and we take pride in offering a wide range of PADI courses with competent and multilingual associates at your disposal.

Water Sports

Island Water Sports is run by a team of professionals who are highly skilled in their craft and are multilingual. Some of our most popular activities include snorkeling, wind-surfing, catamaran sailing, water skiing, parasailing, banana boat riding, wakeboard, knee board, fun tubes and canoeing.

Our guests can enjoy a free aerobics session with our instructors, squash, badminton or tennis in our floodlit courts.

Guests wishing to take it a bit easier can enjoy our Lounge Room where we feature a small library, major news, sports, and entertainment channels, or play table tennis or board games.

Kokko Club

At Bandos we want to making your holiday as hassle free as possible. For those families travelling with young children, the Kokko Club would prove to be a blessing. Now, you can enjoy your holiday comfortably knowing that your children are safe in the capable care of our professional childminders and babysitters.

This service is free for children, aged between 3 – 11 years, between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (babysitting services at a charge for babies under 3 years).
